1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Twistle ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Twistle
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

3. User Conduct

  • No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics
  • No use of automated systems or bots
  • No interference with other users' gameplay
  • No harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior
  • No attempting to access unauthorized areas of the Service
  • No reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of Twistle, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game mechanics, and code, are owned by Twistle and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works
  • You may not use our trademarks without permission
  • Your user content remains yours, but you grant us license to use it

5. Game Rules

  • Players must solve word puzzles within given time limits
  • Only valid English words are accepted
  • Scores and rankings are subject to verification
  • We reserve the right to adjust scores and rankings
  • Achievements and rewards may be revoked for rule violations

6. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Twistle, you agree that we may collect and use your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Modifications

  • We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
  • We may update these Terms at any time
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • We will notify you of material changes via email or in-game notice

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected cheating or fraud
  • Harmful behavior towards other users
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • As required by law or court order

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
